We went shopping on Sat so Nick could spend his £70 gift voucher at NEXT. Hes so picky. The only thing we came out of there with is £10 pair of jeans for me. Then we went to Topshop/Man to spend his other £20 voucher and we left with a jacket and a pair of jogging pants for £20...for me. Nick will not buy himself clothes even if it is in the form of a voucher. So Sun we went to another NEXT to see if there was more selection and once again, we wasted 2 hours coz he didnt like anything even tho the jacket looked fantastic. I know what I would do with a £70 gift voucher!!!

Work related - I still have no idea what Im doing, and when I ask my boss he hardly finishes explaining the sentence before he gets distracted by something else, so basically...Im sitting around 90% of the time wasting it. The room is a mess coz they changed offices but I dont even know what anything is to sort it out. Strange job but Im getting paid for it! Its been made clear to me that this is pretty much a permanent position if I want to stay after the 3 mths is up. I didnt even realize that Im signed in through the agency to do 3 mth intervals but its up to the company to keep me on. Im sure I could help him out alot as his administrator if he gave me some tasks to do. Im gonna haveto put my foot down with him I think. Mind you, I think today, and as the days go on, Im figuring things out on my own...Noone should haveto do this is a job!

I managed to save some cash this week (I get paid weekly) and pay Nick off for my train ticket. I feel a good start coming on to the New Year.

The nanny position is also coming up end of April and they want to meet me. I think Ive made my decision to stay with London Transport. I dont fancy nannying anymore. Its about 3 years to late!
