Weekend Awaits

My life is passing in front of my eyes. Everyday is going by so fast that they are all blending into one. Every morning when I walk into the office, it seems like the same day. The same people say Good Morning, the same people ask how your weekend was...

and Nadine keeps on trying to plan these outings. On Saturdays!!! As if I want to spend my weekends with the same people I spend all week with...not even out of choice! Shes planned a thursday night at the Dog Races, which is fine coz always wanted to see them (not necessarily with people from work but…) And today they were talking about a work bike ride in the country and a picnic! AS IF! No thanks, Id rather spend time with someone else…anyone. Wednesday night movies with Nadine are just about all I can handle. Ive even slowed down on work drinks on a friday night to once a month. Last saturday, they planned to go to Pietro's house for lunch. Yikes.

I definitely need a break! I cant wait till our trip home. I havent even taken a day off since New Years. I can tell it is getting to me and so well deserved from all this unnecessary hard work.

The weather has now gone all wrong as well. They are predicting horrible weather for the rest of the month. I guess our week and a half of 25C weather was our summer. I hope we all enjoyed it while it lasted. Its sunny but very cold.

Becca will be here in 2 wks! I cant believe she is actually coming! Im very excited and so far she will be doing my job for me as a temp while Im gone. How cool is that. July is booked up every weekend already. I guess this is why the weeks fly by.

I love that Im planning for my trip home. Im soooo looking forward to it.
