Office Life

Office life is quite interesting.

 

Guy beside me constantly comments on how much I eat.

 

Guy beside him who is a young(ish) Indian with white hair...maybe hes not so young, he only really just started talking to me and it was when 'the loon' was out of the room and he said 'you are sooo patient!'

 

Great, shes been really nice and has been letting me get on with things so now I feel bad for calling her a loon.

 

I apologize.

 

My boss is gone for 2 weeks which doesnt make any difference to me ye. And Im still trying to figure out the best route to work that lets me sleep in as much as possible. So far, the best one, wakes me up by 6:45 and on the 7:37 train only to get to work 20 min early. but then I get to go home 20 min early at the end of the day!

 

Well, my birthday came and went. How time flies. Had a bit of an expensive night out on Saturday at the Comedy Club in Balham. Suffered all day sunday for it.

 

The Scottish guy behind me actually said, 'come 'ere for a wee sec'.

 

I also got really mad at Nick for making me get out of bed last night to let him in coz he couldnt find his keys.

 

Finally things are calming down and I can actually chill out in the flat by myself...or with Nick when hes home.

 

Oh yeah, and I can read my Harry Potter book that I got from Nick for my Bday present.

 

Up & Coming news on our house. Were all prepared for the Settlement date to be 24 August! Phew. Finally??
