Well, well. When we met up in Australia, we stayed with his (step) Nan, and her 'partner' in a motorhome campsite outside of Cairns in a tiny town called Mareeba. Shes Croatian and they have a rep for being...blunt. Quite blunt. So blunt that I hated her and wanted to leave and not stay for the 2 weeks that we did. Nick handled them well but I was treated like an American who thinks shes better than everyone else and is just using him for places to stay! Did we forget to tell her Im CANADIAN!!!!
So anyway...(Im over it) they are visiting in London right now while travelling around Europe in the motorhome. Nicks mom said she was 'evil'. So I guess its not just me who thinks that! Nick said they were calling his little sis (sweet 11 yr old Rose) a prat and fat! Telling his older sis Kim that her and Nick weredifferent breeds? It didnt end there either. They'll be gone when I get there but I made sure he let them know that we're STILL TOGETHER!!!
I havent talked to him since my birthday and I work in the morning for the next few days so I wont be able to talk to him till tuesday. Lame. After I freaked out about him making more of an effort, I dont mind now feeling distant. I guess I just needed to get it out of my system.
Is that a good or a bad thing?
